We can deliver to most countries in the world. We have introduced a tracking system to ensure your package reaches its' destination. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange the goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that any delivery charges are non refundable. If you are not happy with your product please return the article of clothing unused or unworn, with all its manufacturing labels and receipt within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund of the same value. Swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our shop. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
